Do you have a counter surfer? If so, I'd LOVE to hear your stories! This morning I returned home from bringing my daughter to daycare to find this endearing, sneaky guy trotting out of a bedroom with a loaf of french bread in his mouth. He's lucky he's so cute!
He would NOT let it go so I just let him out into the backyard with it. He ate a little and then tried to bury the rest. At least he helps me keep my counters clean and tidy!

In an effort to thread some levity and humor through my blog so that we don't all get completely depressed with the subject of pet loss, I like to post these fantastic, creative and unique pet gifts here and there that I come across.
I have to say that so far this is my favorite one!

When I was "20-something", I lived in a small NYC apartment with my diva cat Mira. I was constantly sweeping up around her litter box because there was really only one place to keep it, right near a busy walkway.
That busy walkway was also at the bottom of a pantry that was covered only by a curtain and was right in the kitchen! Not the best thing to smell while you're eating dinner or sipping your morning coffee.
I wish that I would have had the brilliant idea that this "20-something" woman, Rebecca Resacate had, who decided to solve her problem by inventing something brilliant, and now a hot product for cat lovers everywhere.
